The Film
Technique pre stretch units have successfully been working on Wrapmaster big
bale wrapping machines since 1987. With over twenty years of experience in the
design and manufacture the tried and tested pre - stretch units have now been
successfully fitted and extensively tested on the following machines: Lawrence

The extensive
product range is manufactured and engineered from the highest quality materials
available: aluminium knurled rollers, 20mm thick hardened steel gears and 20mm
bearings. The steel frames
are manufactured from laser cut profiles and solid round bars, the unique round
bar design also protects the pre-stretch unit from accidental damage.
The Film
Technique pre- stretch / film dispenser unit gives a positive even stretch on all types of
pre-stretch silage wrap in the market place.
Special adaptor
brackets are supplied when necessary to allow easy conversion from the existing
K.O. pressure frame type pre-stretch or the existing own brand units. The Film
Technique unit therefore can be fitted quickly and easily in the correct
position.
Film Technique
have successfully converted several makes and models of machine from 500mm film
onto 750mm film. Step by step fitting instructions are supplied with every
unit.

Maintenance
Make sure that the gears are greased before operation. Regulary clean the
aluminium rollers with a cloth and white spirit to remove any excess tack
residue especially after wrapping large quantities of bales in hot weather.
Ordering the Film Technique film tensioner
Film Technique film tensioners are currently sold direct to dealer /
distributors, farmers and contractors.

Payment/Delivery Terms:
Payment must be made in full, prior to despatch. Payment by debit card or
bankers draft, or by cleared business cheque.
Film Technique reserve the right to change specification at short notice.
However alteration to specification will be in the interest for improvement.
Delivery dates quoted are approximate and Film Technique are not liable for
delays caused by suppliers or the carrier.
Film Technique film tensioners are geared to stretch at 68 % .The amount of
bales per 1500 metre x 750mm wide film should be between 28 30 bales / roll on
a standard 4 foot bale based on 16 revolutions / bale.
Refunds : No refunds will be made for film tensioners ordered incorrectly
i.e. Film tensioner not suitable for model / mast orientation.
